Difference between Public Beta and DP4

There aren't any. It's just DP4 with a new name. Oh, except it has a feedback assistant.
I heard continuity isn't enabled on the public beta, the public beta can be updated to the final release and that the public one will be updated less regularly than the development release (?).

Supposedly the DPs will be updated sooner/more frequently. The PB is higher because it added the Feedback Assistant.
i can agree to that, i installed the public beta and then installed DP4 and it has been running a lot smoother for me, no stuttering at all
It should be a bit rough at first because of the spotlight indexing.
As has been already said, the two are the same except for the feedback assistant.
The fact that the DP4 will see more updates frequently would suggest that it is a better version to debug the OS itself.
Apple servers must be hammered as I can't download the full 5.0GB app at all.
