Difference (in color) between white iPhone 5 and silver iPhone 5S?

One of the reasons I bought the white/silver 5S to replace my white/silver 5. I figure not many will look at the home button. It's one thing to be a tech geek, it's quite another for everyone else to know it. 🙂

The grey is very noticeably lighter than the slate. Also the chamfered edging is a bright and shiny silver on the grey versus a dark glossy look on the slate.

Yeah why the HECK are they sold out? Surely they'll at least wear some sort of pin on their shirt that says "I own an iPhone 5S".. Or maybe a hat that says it? Or maybe there are people out there who don't care if everyone around them knows that they have the latest iPhone? *GASP*

I almost made it through my whole flight until someone noticed, despite my stupid Lollapalooza Mophie case, that I was able to unlock my phone without swiping.

She didn't believe me when I told her I got it by just walking into a Verizon store on Saturday afternoon. She insisted I was one of those "line people". Whatever. Nothing wrong with that. I'll be a "line person" for the 6 next year.
