Difference in ppi and text size between these two

Between the 15" MBP with 1680×1050 resolution and a 13.1" screen with 1600 x 900 like you'd find on a Sony Z for example.

Would the hi-res 15" MBP have a lot larger font size over the 13.1"?

MBP's PPI = 128.65
Sony's PPI = 140.13

So, with my maths, things would be ~9% bigger in MBP
