Difference in screen between the iPad 3 and new iPad?!

Is there a difference, I'm reading the new iPad has the same retina display, but then I'm reading that the graphics are twice as better in the new one?!

Is there a list anywhere to compare the new new iPad features with the iPad 3 specs please?
