Differences based on region of the world

I live in China and am looking to upgrade to AW 7. I know sometimes there are differences based on the region where an Apple product is purchased. I have searched, but cant find anything on AW 7 regional differences. Anyone have a website that lists that info? Would be awesome to have something that lists the differences for all Apple products.

AW 7 will have usual China restrictions plus no cellular. You’d need to search a bit harder to find out, since most links posted here might not work for you.
 
What differences there are are mainly controlled in software, as non-cellular has only two models (for each size), and four for cellular models (two for each size: North America, everyone else).

We have cellular versions in China. All links work for me, I have a VPN. I know with some cell phones, dual SIM is not in mainland China. Just trying to find out if there are those kind of differences and where I might find a summary of regional differences.
