Alright, so the economy has me in the dumps, which leaves me to finally ask the question....
What are the real differences between Final Cut Studio and Final Cut Express? I've worked with Final Cut HD before my G4 decided to turn itself into shrapnel (exaggeration, but not far from the truth), but what could I do in FCS that I cannot do in FCE? I understand that both have different interfaces, but when it comes to what I can do in both of them, what is different?
I also understand the FCS supports Log and Capture, wheras on FCE one must use Capture Now (Not particularly worried).
I also wanted to, at some point, capture via an Intensity card... I understand that FCE is mainly firewire (am I right on this?), so I would have to use Blackmagic's program for capture, then go through MPEG streamclip to make the clips available for FCE. Am I correct on this assumption as well?
