There are any differences between the HK and Uk version? I want to buy one HK version and I’m not sure if I’m gonna have problems with the phone using it in UK.

Edit: A1902 seems to be Japan version, not UK. So I’m interested in the Japan version

Have a look here:

https://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/

A quick scan and it looks like the HK version is missing band:

28 (700 APT MHz)

and the UK version is missing:

71 (600 MHz)

Don't know how big a deal that is. I have used a UK iPhone in HK with a HK SIM with no problems. And I have friends who've used HK iPhones in the UK fine as well.

A bit of googling, looks like the HK version which lacks band 28 (700 APT MHz) probably won't be a problem as that is not in use yet:

where are you looking to buy this from? i'm concerned about the model number - A1902 - which AFAIK means the "japan only" version of the phone... which isn't what is supposed to be sold in HK. they had the model A1865. the part number ending ZP/A is a HK one though, hence the concern that this isn't quite legit.

you wouldn't lose out on any features etc but you wouldn't get a UK plug. oh and your camera would never take pictures silently.

the iphone X is no longer on that page for me.

I’m buying it in UK from someone

like i say, i'd be wary of it, because the part and model numbers don't seem to match up.

if it is the japanese version, you won't get a wall charger you can use at home and you won't be able to take pictures without the shutter sound at full volume. aside from that, you shouldn't have issues.

Yes seems fishy...
