Differences in Leopard Cache Cleaner demo and registered version?

Are there any differences between the Leopard Cache Cleaner demo and registered version?

I downloaded the demo over 30 days ago and its still working for me.

I figured like most demo's it lasts for only 30 days, but does the registered version offer more features I can't see in the demo version?

I am finally planning to back up my external drives and cpu with Carbon Copy Cloner. I was told to first run cache cleaner and permissions (disk utility) before backing up files. Is there any other suggestions?

1) don't run permission repairs as a regular maintenance, no need to do so
2) If you are cloning your HD, your target HD should be close in size to your internal or at least bigger than whatever size your are consuming now. Clearing cache won't clear that much space.
