Well, I am looking to buy an iPod Touch, and I am fine with getting an old one and paying the 20 bucks, but are there any other fixes with the new one? MacMall actually has the older ones for 254 and 354, while the new ones from their site are 294 and 394. That is a 40 difference and then with the update I would still save 20. Is it worth doing that, or are there any other changes that people have noticed?

There is no difference. The only difference is that the new ones have the 5 apps included when u buy it. That's why I believe that apple is wrong in making us pay for the five new apps while the people that get theirs now get the five apps for free.
