I had to exchange several iPad's and noticed that each device had a different CPU speed when running Geekbench 4. The first iPad had a 2.35GHZ and the replacement iPad had a 2.31GHZ. Not sure why the CPU speed would not be the same.

Clock speed on iOS devices is never consistent. Thermal conditions & other factors regulate clock speed so there is always some variation.
