iOS Different names

Hey guys,

I could use some help on a small problem. I want to know how it is possible to display a different name for an app below the icon versus what is displayed in iTunes? For example, Super Monkey Ball is displayed as such in iTunes but just as Monkey Ball on the phone itself. If they had not done that, the phone would have had Super...Ball as the name and this is exactly what I want to avoid.
