Different versions

Hi there,
I have a problem, I uploaded my site to the web trough filezilla. Looks great, but 2 weeks later I wanted to change some stuff again.
Now the version of the site locally in iWeb is older than the site which is live...
Ofcourse i can download that site again, and than I would have the latest site again, but that will never appear in iWeb... just under 'sites'...
Can someone please help me with this? what can be wrong?

And how did it change after 2 weeks? It should be the same version you uploaded unless you have something dynamic on the page. iWeb can re-export changes you make from the program, it can't important any changes you make to the site outside of iWeb. No way around that.
