Different VPN settings for different users?

I live in the EU and watch some streaming services through a VPN and others without. In a perfect world I'd be able to toggle it on and off like I can on my phone. Absent that, a reasonable solution would be to put US services on one user and EU on another.

Any other ideas?

With VPN app installed, I’m pretty sure you can quickly connect or disconnect using Control Center. Just hold down the TV button on the remote.
