I've tried to partition my harddrive with BootCamp and Disctool but both failed to resize the original Partition to make room for the second partition.

You need to do what it says. It can't make room because there's no contiguous space on the disk. It's likely telling you (though you didn't say) to backup your Mac, wipe the disk and restore. It will then have space for a BootCamp partition.
You're right, it did say that, but I wanted to get around it because its just a few months since I bought the darn thing so it's a bit early to go through the hassle of reinstalling OSX... There's nothing like a "consolidate" (if thats the right word) function - like in iTunes - that brings everything back into neat order.
i had the same problem and i solved it by using idefrag ..
the problem about idefrag is that you can't defrag unless u r using bootable disk .. so i used my ipod 30GB as an HD and i installed mac os x on it then defrag my main HD from the ipod .. and bootcamp worked .. you can use any external HD to do that but u ganna lose the info. on it
