    Hey all,

I was wondering if there was anyway to get digital copies (downloaded from iTunes w/ BluRay codes) to work on a device other than :apple:TV? Say an xbox360 or PS3...

    thanks!

iTunes digital copies are encoded with Apple's Digital Rights Management (DRM) software that will only allow it to be played on up to 5 authorized computers and their iTunes compatible devices (iPod, iPhone, AppleTV, etc.). For this reason, you can't play these copies on an Xbox360 or PS3.

Most Blu-ray's come with an iTunes digital copy and a Windows Media digital copy for PS3, etc (most come with both versions but some only come with one version). You can't access that other digital copy from OSX, but if you have windows, you could grab the other digital copy and share it with your PS3 or 360.
