Has anybody successfully used one of these class of devices on a MBP. I have a 17" MBP Feb 2011 issue an 3/4 Expresscard Slot. Also wondering if their is a driver I can use with them.

I note on this thread that astroboy907 found a driver from Oyendigital to work with a GMYLE USB3 to Expresscard Slot adapter. Thanks for any pointers you can provide 🙂
As soon as I can line up a US friend to post to I'll be getting the above product though a Memory car reader would compliment it well rather than getting a USB3 external reader.
