digital tv signal interference with mac mini

I have my mac mini 10.5.6 connected to a Samsung 46" LCD HDTV which is totally sweet. But, whenever I 'wake up' the mac, my digital signal breaks up on my tv. What's going on?

As stated before, my SAMSUNG television emits this high pitched ringing or squealing sound when I'm watching Cable or DVD. How do I go about fixing this? The warranty is up at BestBuy and I would prefer not spending money to take it to a television repair shop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
