iPad Digitally sign documents with a SmartCard!

Hello Everyone!

Does anyone know whether there is an app to digitally sign a document (PDF for instance) within iOS using a smartcard certificate? I have seen a wide variety of smart card readers compatible with iPad but an specific app to digitally sign documents is hard to find...

[iPad] Digitally sign documents with a SmartCard!

Sign and Send from the App Store allowed me to use it for company signed contracts. I bought a stylus and pulled up the document and had them sign on the ipad.
