I am trying to figure out if this is normal but under really bright lights and at only the right angle, I can see the smallest of dimples what seems to be under the screen. It really doesn’t seem like an issue at all but seems a bit strange. Just figured I’d check to make sure if anyone has seen this or if it is normal before my return period expires. This is the best pic I could take to show in the upper left corner.

This has been discussed before, what you’re seeing, appears to have an orange peel like texture under certain lighting, it’s just the way it’s manufactured, there is nothing defective about the watch.
