Direct 3d acceleration unavailable

Im running windows xp through vmware fusion... and i need to enable direct 3d acceleration, please help.
 
Under OS X.5.7, 3D support in vmware is broken. You either need to downgrade to X.5.6 (or earlier) which usually means reinstalling your os, or wait for it to be patched.
