I have ATT + direct TV bundled. I am trying to login to the TV Provider page for direct tv but keep getting this error:
We are sorry, but you are not authorized to access this web site. Please verify you are authorized and re-enter your User ID and Password.

Any else with bundled accounts able to sign in? This is of course on the newest developer beta (and the same issue occurs on the Apple TV)

Who do I need to contact to fix this?

On one of the Directv forums people had this problem and they had to use their ATT logon - not sure if that is your problem but again that is what was reported on that site

Yes, I am using my AT&T login. I think we are going to have to wait for more staff to get trained before we can get this resolved.
 
I get the same error, I even reset my AT&T password and tried the new one. Let me know if you find a solution. Thanks

Having the exact same issue. Sorry to see that others are having it as well but I'm also glad it's not just me. Will be watching this thread in hopes that someone finds a solution. I'll report back if I find one myself.

My AT&T account has two usernames: my AT&T email and my AT&T wireless number.
Using my email gives an error; using my phone number works perfectly.

Why? Who knows...but, once logged in, this works well.
