You can try dtvrunner. I don't have DirecTV anymore so I wouldn't be able to test it, but you can get it from beta.leimobile.com/repo/ ; just add that to your list of repos in Cydia.

I found a way around it, but it requires you getting Flex. There's a tweak in there called "Bypass jailbreak detection 8.1" and it works (I just installed the DirecTV app and tried it, can't login since I don't have service anymore) and the app loads just fine with no jailbreak warning (as opposed to the warning without and/or with dtvrunner).

Have you tried XCon latest beta?

tried both and the app freezes at the initializing phase. I went to vshare and downloaded an older version of the app, used xcon beta5 and it seems to be working. thank you for all the help

What version of the app did you get to work ?

Looks like the DirectTV app was updated and started working for Jailbroken devices. But xCon doesn't work on iOS 9 yet
