Disable annoying popups

Hi guys...
Quick question,


is there anyway to disable this annoying msg Popups:

"FaceTime
Your carrier may charge for sms messages used to activate FaceTime."

I have quite a few apps that make this msg popup everytime I open them, like

Groups 2, Acrobits Softphone etc...
