I just noticed "Disable automatic syncing for Apple TVs" option in iTunes 8.1 in preferences under Apple TV. Is this a new option for Apple TVs or have I just overlooked it?
 
Not Sure

I've never noticed it before either? I'm going to guess it's not new and I missed it when looking over that section.
