Disable Favorites/Recent when double-clicking home button?

I've searched through the settings and can't seem to figure a way to disable showing the favorites /recent contacts when I double click on the home button. Does anyone know if there is a way? I remember being able to do it when I was using the beta but I could be wrong.

It's in the Contacts section. I couldn't find it once either! (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Show in app switcher)
