Disable haptic feedback while driving?

Does anyone know if it possible to disable the watch's directional haptic feedback while using driving directions on the iPhone? When my iPhone is mounted on my dashboard, I don't need the taptic feedback and would prefer to disable it.

On your iPhone in the Watch App, scroll to "Maps" and switch off "Turn Alerts"
