Disable iPhone camera video?

I often accidentally switch the camera to video mode when snapping photos.
Is there a way to remove the little toggle switch from the built in iPhone camera app so it stays in still photo mode?
Using iPhone 4 JB iOS 4.3.2.

There may be something in cydia that does that, but I doubt it.
