Disable keyboard dictation

Is there a way to disable or remove the dictation feature from the keyboard in iOS7? Correct me if I'm wrong, but this was possible in iOS6, and now I'm unable to disable it. I never use it, and often times I tap it by mistake.

Don't think it was possible even in iOS 6 or earlier.

The only way to disable it is to disable Siri completely. This was the same for iOS 6.
