disable mail badge?

Im trying to find an easy way to disable badge notifications on JUST the email app? I have 7 emails linked to my iphone some have lots of spam I dont check. I use notified pro to get most of my updates and the 3 digit badge is unsightly.

I hate seeing all the dock badges (phone, email). My 3GS was changed to blue instead of the red and that was more tolerable but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Even if it was some sort of transparent number - that would be better.
