Disable Mighty Mouse lift up/put down scroll

Is there a way to disable scrolling when you lift up the Mighty Mouse and put it down again?

nothing other than changing "vertical" "Horiz/vert" and "360", and OFF. There are some third part MM drivers that might. Not sure what your scroll button is programmed for, but another option would be to try something that didn't require control during lift.
