Disable "restart system" keyboard shortcut?

You can press

ctrl+cmd+eject

to restart the system.

Anyone know how to disable this?

(It doesn't appear in Keyboard Shortcuts. I'm on latest Snow Leopard.)

Nope, not for me.

These system-level ones don't seem to be at all.

David Pogue lists that command in his Missing Manual (OS 10.5). Except those keystrokes Power Down the machine, not Restart.
