Disable ringtone without putting the phone in silent and outgoing call message?

Is there any way to disable the ringtone without putting the phone in silent? I only want it to vibrate when I get a call.

Also, I previously had my outgoing call missed message say my name but now it only says my number. i.e. "We are unable to reach ____, please leave a message at the tone". Any way to change it back to how I had it?

I'm on Verizon by the way.
