Disable special key appearing on screen

Hello everyone,

I think I pressed an unknown shortcut and then I have all my special key (command, alt, shift, fn, ctrl) which appear on the top right corner of my screen.
It is quite annoying, especially with the sound.

I've been looking all this morning, tried to unlock items on the keyboard parameter but nothing changed (as well as restart).

Somehow you enabled Sticky Keys under Accessibility -> Keyboard in System Preferences. Just go back in and uncheck the option.
