As someone who's had my watch for 24hrs, I've accidentally enabled the feature 10 or so times. And I will not point the crown towards my elbow. If anything, I'll just return it because having a watch that gives the wrong time because the dial was bumped is friggin' goofy.

Really, who thought this up? It sucks, period.

totally agree, hope you wait till they update with a toggle off TT. It would be a shame that they'd loose a customer.

Re: do apple staff read macrumors, I'd put money on it they do.

If I felt as strongly about it as you, I would just return the Watch. It is not worth the frustration for an item none of us really need anyway... ;) (I have plenty of mechanical watches that tell time)

I've had the watch for maybe 2 months now and have never accidentally triggered time travel. And I find the feature useful. I like spinning the crown to quickly check weather changes or upcoming calendar appointments. I would however get annoyed if I did accidentally trigger it and would like a way to disable it. But for me it's not an issue.

What they could to to make it a little more useful is if you could spin the crown and then press it to set a timer. It would be quicker than opening the app or work better than Siri in a loud environment.

This option needs to happen in Watch OS 3.0. Time Travel is a worthless feature for me as I have no desire to ever use it. It only causes massive headaches. Over half the time when I try to press the crown I accidentally enable TT. Then I have to press the crown again to exit TT. Then I have to press it yet again to go to the home screen which is what I wanted from the very beginning. I'm sure TT is a great feature for many people, but I want the option to disable it for my own use.
