Is there a tweak to stop the "trust this computer?" message from showing up? Every time I connect a device to charge on my TV's USB port, it pops up that message.

NoAnnoyance is the tweak you want (as Wowzera mentioned). You just need to add the repo http://repo.pnre.co/ to get it.
