Hi guys, does anyone know of a way (through a cydia app or something) to disable USB tethering, without also turning off BT/Wifi tethering? I hate how the phone starts tethering everytime I plug it into the PC to charge. I almost never use USB for tethering anyway... I like keeping the BT tethering constantly enabled, since I don't even have to take the phone out of my pocket or look at it for the pairing to complete between the phone and my laptop or iPad or whatever it is I'm tethering to.

Not sure if this will work but...

go to sys preferences on your mac, open the network pane...

Click on the iphone connection (not sure what it'll be called, i renamed mine to iPhone USB). Connect the phone with USB and enable tethering, you should see the red 'light' turn green- this will help you determine which of the entries is the iphone tethering usb network connection. Then, at the bottom, beside the add / remove buttons, click the preferences button then select 'make service inactive'
