Disable Windows (BOOTCAMP) partition in OSX?

Title summarizes. I recently spent a good amount of my time diagnosing the recent BSODs that I have been getting to the AppleHFS.sys file and therefore I have disabled it along with MNT, however, now that I can't read my Mac Partition, I want to ensure Mac cannot read my Windows partition.

Is there a way to disable any access of the Windows boot camp partition in mac?

Mac OS X won't access the Windows partition unless you actively make that happen.

Well I still want to keep it disabled. Call me strange, but I like having the OSes completely seperate of each other with no interaction.

They are separated with no interaction, as much as having them on two separate computers.
