Disable yellow windows

Not sure these are tool tips but they're really annoyingI've found something for terminal:

defaults write com.apple.Safari WebKitShowsURLsInToolTips 0

but that hasn't worked (well I pasted it in and restarted Safari).

Any advice please ?
