Disableing fade out

People how to disable temporary fade out of windows when quitting application by hold clicking in the dock. It SO Annoying to see windows disappear.

This is a new feature in Snow Leopard and I do not think it is user-configurable.

then just don't click and hold any of the dock icons? i don't understand the problem...

Is there some other reason you would be hold clicking the icon?

That's a new feature, if you don't like it I would recommend you not hold click the icon since it doesn't serve any other function
