Disableing fade out

People how to disable temporary fade out of windows when quitting application by hold clicking in the dock. It SO Annoying to see windows disappear.
 
Is there some other reason you would be hold clicking the icon?

That's a new feature, if you don't like it I would recommend you not hold click the icon since it doesn't serve any other function
