disableing the "iOS10 upgrade prompt"

I'm going bananas with the pop up msg prompting me to upgrade to iOS10. I don't wonto do this specific upgrade yet due to the multiple issues that iOS10 has. How can I disable that msg, it's coming up every now and then and I'm fed up with it!

I think that Apple should let us, if they at least don't want to let us downgrade, disable the pop up message instead of having to completely disable the Device searching for an update.
