Does anyone know if there's a way to disable the send button on the TouchBar when typing an email on a MacBook Pro with TouchBar?

I can't tell you how many times I have bumped it and sent an email I was not ready to send. This is quite embarrassing in subsequent emails.

If you are using Mail then go up to the toolbar and under "View" you can select "Customize Touch Bar" and...customize your touch bar. There you can just remove the send button.

I have the opposite problem. When I press the send button, often nothing happens. I have to press very hard. This post makes me realize this is perhaps not a bug, perhaps it's on purpose so that you don't send emails by mistake.
