hey guys, I have a question. In most of my games I rebinded CTRL to Shift because of comfort. However, when holding shift and trying to scroll it doesnt work due to the side scroll thing. Does anybody know how to disable this? I have a trackpad as well so I don't need it. Suggestions?

I am having the exact same problem with my games. If anyone could help, I would be so appreciative.
EDIT: I've found out that by uninstalling Logitech Control Center, I can now scroll while holding shift in all my games.

I found a work-around solution! Two years late but better than never. Check out the program Scroll Reverser (Github Link). I was able to independently modify my horizontal scrolling axis to counter-act the shift-key from scrolling in reverse. Since horizontal scrolling was breaking my scrolling in games while pressing shift, reversing fixed my problem.
