Disabling Sound ?

Hello,

Quick thanks for all the previos help; much appreciated.

Is there any way to totally disable the internal Speakers, and just have
the sound coming thru headphones via the headphone jack in the side ?

I tried all the input and output sound settings that come up in Settings/Sound, but
nothing seems to do it.
