So I've tried searching the forums, and looked at the list of tweaks but I can't seem to find a way to disable the Notification Center gesture when swiping down from the top of the screen. QuickDo, and DisableNC are not available for iPhone 5 with iOS7.

Has someone found a way to do it?

I think activator should let you do this. Just apply "Do Nothing" to the slide in from top gesture.

Tried that, there's no clearcut option for it anywhere.

The option that comes a little close is under "SLIDE IN GESTURE"

From Screen Top
Drag onto screen from statusbar

But it does not work, it still brings down notification center on the home screen.
