Hey guys and gals, a client of mine is having issues that seem to be driving me bonkers and I cannot get to the bottom of them.
He has an iPhone/iPad (iOS 6) and two Windows 7 PC's with MS Outlook. The issue is that when he ads contacts on any of the devices, they eventually disappear. I've tried simple things like exporting all of his contacts, deleting everything and then adding them back in and that hasn't solved it. And its not like all of them disappear. When certain contacts are added, they will eventually disappear from iCloud.
Besides that, I'm not sure where I can look and how I can track what is disappearing. Any help on this issue would be amazing as I'm just stuck.
