Disappearing Dock

Anyone know why this could be happening? It's only with the Candlejack (Winterboard) theme. I've tried other themes and have had no issues. I know a lot of people here use Candlejack so I'm hoping someone has an answer.

If I enable another theme underneath Candlejack, the dock reappears. Acting very strange...
