Disappearing Safari Tabs

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes the tabs/tab bar will just completely disappear from Safari? The only fix I've found is to completely close and re-open Safari. This is on the PB.

I think it may have something to do with changing back and forth from dark mode but I'm not sure.

When I get home I'll try to take a screenshot.

That happened to me several times yesterday. Once i clicked on the show all tabs icon on the upper right corner, (which I had to repeat several times) multiple tabs started showing as they should in Safari. I haven't had a problem since.
