I cannot buy songs/movie, it says that my account was disabled. Its unbelieving that such a large company like apple will lock my account without notifying me what happened to my account. I need my account back. I believe a responsible should notify its customer before doing these thing to their account. We are paying the money to gain our service. I really don't know what happened. Please give me an explain. Its a shame for the Apple staff that they say they care about other people on technology, but now what happened? I waited a week and sent three e-mail to the iTunes Store but no one reply? What are they doing? just playing the games with the iPhone??? I am very disappointed on apple's service. Please find someone to sort out my case. Thanks.
