I'm sure this has come up before but let me explain my dilemma.
I have a US iTunes account. This is my primary account. The e-mail address attached to it is one that I don't frequent.
I also have a UK iTunes account. I had to create one a number of years ago when I was studying abroad. I've not used this in quite some time, but the ID is my primary e-mail I've used for years.
When I changed my UK iTunes e-mail to a dummy e-mail (since I no longer need it), it changed it so my login/username changed but I still get notifications sent to my old associated e-mail address (my primary e-mail account).
I'm guessing there is no way to get this fixed? From what I've read it doesn't seem like it, but I wasn't sure since I'm dealing with IDs from two different countries. Not sure of what the point is of still associated an old e-mail address if it's requested to be changed.
